Description:

This application allows to read files containing Windows 9x,NT,2K,XP,2K3,7,8 and 10 registry hives. It extracts many useful information about configuration and windows installation settings of host machine.
Registry hive can be exported into REGEDIT4 format.
Every topic data can be saved to CSV.
It's designed in Multiple Document Interface.

Features:

  • File Information

    • In this explorer you can see basic file properties and checksums.

  • Security Record Explorer

    • Displays all security records used in registry. Usage counter, owner SID, group SID, list of affected keys and list of SACL and DACL is displayed for every record with flags and permissions enumerated. This explorer is available only for NT based system registry hives.

  • SAM

    • Displays Machine SID and part of SYSKEY. Enumerates local user and group accounts and some of their properties. This explorer is available only for NT based system registry SAM hive.

  • Windows Instalation

    • Displays Windows name, ID and key, install date and user registration info. Enumerates installed software with descriptions and install date and list of installed hotfixes wih description. This explorer is available only SOFTWARE registry hive (Product ID and key are extracted in SYSTEM hive too). Last boot and shutdown datetimes are extracted only from SYSTEM hive.

  • Hardware

    • Displays quick overview (CPU, Monitors, Video and Sound card and Network cards) and full device map of configured devices that worked on host machine. They are displayed in "like Device Manager" tree with some properties. This explorer is available for SYSTEM registry hive.

  • User Data

    • Displays user and machine name and tree based Start menu for selected USER hive. This explorer is available for USER registry hive.

  • Startup Applications

    • Enumerates applications that are registered to be run after startup. This explorer is available for SOFTWARE registry hive.

  • Services and Drivers

    • Enumerates all installed services and drivers with properties. This explorer is available only for NT based system registry SYSTEM hive.

  • Network Configuration

    • Displays all installed network clients, protocols and services. Enumerates all defined network connections with its TCP/IP configuration. This explorer is available only for NT based system registry SYSTEM hive.

  • Windows Firewall Settings

    • Displays settings (rules) for Windows Firewall. This explorer is available only for NT based system registry SYSTEM hive.

  • Environment

    • Displays all environment variables. This explorer is available only for NT based system registry SYSTEM hive.

  • Shell Folders

    • Displays shell folders (folders known to system). This explorer is available only for NT based system registry SYSTEM hive.

  • Outlook Express

    • Digs out all Outlook Express accounts and their settings. This explorer is available only for NT based system registry USER hive.

  • Raw Data

    • This explorer displays whole registry in known tree format. Contains powerful searching and data interpreter.

Portable Cygwin

All,

I have posted an cygwin installer script that install cygwin following the directory structure recommended by PortableApps.com. Please test it out and let me know your feedback. Installer can be downloaded from https://cygwin-portable.sourceforge.io/.

Download the file cygwin-portable-setup.cmd to PortableApps\CygwinPortable, edit it in case you want to install additional packages and execute the script either in cmd terminal or by double clicking on it. It adds 4 menu items - Terminal, XServer, Automatic Update, Manual Update to PortableApps launcher. Check out the Help contents for more information.

The application is installed in App/cygwin, launcher in App/AppInfo and the home directory for the cygwin user is Data/. X and apt-cyg installation is optional and enabled by default.

Description/Features: Dia is roughly inspired by the commercial Windows program 'Visio', though more geared towards informal diagrams for casual use. It can be used to draw many different kinds of diagrams. It currently has special objects to help draw entity relationship diagrams, UML diagrams, flowcharts, network diagrams, and many other diagrams. It is also possible to add support for new shapes by writing simple XML files, using a subset of SVG to draw the shape.
It can load and save diagrams to a custom XML format, can export diagrams to a number of formats, including EPS, SVG, XFIG, WMF and PNG, and can print diagrams (including ones that span multiple pages). (from the homepage)

Hi there everyone,

i developed an small utitity app called WLAN Key Revealer.
This tool is showing all saved wlan keys on the system in clear text.

It uses the windows command "netsh wlan show profile" to unlock all wlan keys.

This Application does not need an Installer so i deciced to create an PortableApp for
this Tool.

My PortableApp Launcher and Installer is ready, but how can i submit / upload my App?

Description: Rise and Fall: Civilizations at War is a real-time strategy video game developed by both Stainless Steel Studios and Midway Games which was released on June 12, 2006. The game incorporates segments of both third-person and first-person shooter gameplay, by allowing the player to temporarily control a "hero". Rise and Fall is based in the first millennium BC, and features four playable civilizations: Persia, Greece, Egypt, and Rome. The game includes over eighty civilization-unique military units, as well as eight "hero" units—of which only one may be purchased during a game. In Rise and Fall, there are two campaigns: one follows the conquests of Alexander the Great; and the other, the fictional liberation of Egypt by Cleopatra.

Note: This is only a PortableApps Launcher and does not include the game itself. You will have to provide the game's files yourself by creating a folder named "Rise and Fall; Civilizations at War" in the Apps folder then copying the game's files into that folder.

Description: Need for Speed: Porsche Unleashed, released as Need for Speed: Porsche 2000 in Europe and Need for Speed: Porsche in Latin America, is a racing video game released in 2000. It is the fifth installment in the Need for Speed series. Unlike other NFS titles, Porsche Unleashed centers on racing Porsche sports cars, with models ranging from 1950 to 2000. Players can race in four game modes namely Evolution, Factory Driver, casual Singleplayer and Multiplayer parties. In Evolution mode, players purchase Porsche production vehicles as well as race cars in a series of tournaments and club meeting events. Each is divided in three eras; Classic Era, Golden Era and Modern Era. Players start from the introduction of the first 356 1100 to the debut of the 996 Turbo. Most tournaments differ in difficulty level, entry fee and number of tracks and course types. Factory Driver puts players in the role of an official Porsche test driver. Players will need to deliver cars and take part in races after being signed to Porsche. They also need to beat challenges from other test drivers such as slaloms through parts of tracks or test cars from the team's mechanic.
