Notes: Due to configuration and knowledge limits, I2PPortable expects jPortable where it would be when installed using the PortableApps menu. Also, a browser would normally pop up once I2P has started but this is disabled for now. To access the I2P control panel once it starts, open a browser and go to http://localhost:7657
